I'd definitely recommend Vertu Volkswagen Lincoln to friends and family. The staff were so helpful, polite, knowledgeable and not at all pushy. There were no hiccups at all and I've come away with a fab, new car!

I would not recommend Vertu Volkswagen Lincoln because I was led to believe that there were some complimentary add ons but that was not true.

They let me drive away in a car that had been allocated to one of their staff and ii have tried to change the name but can’t do it

Was told by two staff members that something had been replaced before sale. Was still told this when photos were submitted still showing damage. Only accepted fault when given information by Kwik Fit. Had to return the car at own expense/milage. Fault fixed but left with another problem which is still in dispute. Cannot fault Lili for her assistance though. Lack of support by managers.
