My experience at Vertu Volkswagen Lincoln could have been better because both my key fob battery needs replacing. Im going to timpsons today to replace them.
Iv had to repeatedly ask for video walk around of the car. The sales lady said she sent it but she didn't.
I had to ask again for one of her colleagues to do it.

I would not recommend Vertu Volkswagen Lincoln because I was misinformed about the road tax, on the pre sale invoice it was £195 when in fact it was £620. I would not have purchased the car if I had known it was £620 road tax

Prior to purchasing the car, the sales team were very efficient and communicative and we were really happy with how we were looked after. However from the day of getting the car delivered there have been nothing but issues which have taken multiple back and forth and chasing from our end to resolve due to extremely poor communication, which still nearly two months on we are still waiting to be resolved. The car itself so far is fine, it's just a shame that the great customer service we experienced at the start, swiftly disappeared once money had been exchanged.

I would not recommend Vertu Volkswagen Lincoln because of the incompetence sales experience and an unpleasant purchase process. This spoilt our excitement for buying a new car.
